Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Bristol team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of client account management, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for effective communication.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively manage client expectations.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and provide timely feedback to clients.
  • Engage in quarterly business reviews with clients to assess goals and align strategies.
  • Understand client business objectives and align service delivery accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in technology or services sector

Languages
  • English: Fluent
