Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modelling, valuation, and preparing pitch books, assisting senior bankers in executing transactions and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
• Support senior bankers in executing financial advisory engagements.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for clients.
• Develop and maintain financial models used in the acquisition process.
• Deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's in Finance or related fields preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
