Job Description

Join us as an Agronomy Advisor, where you'll provide vital support to farmers in enhancing crop yields through expert advice on soil management and sustainable practices. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about agriculture and dedicated to fostering environmentally responsible farming.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of farming operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other advisors and specialists to deliver integrated farming advice.
  • Design and execute field trials to test new agronomic solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to local farmers.
  • Engage with agronomy networks to share insights and learnings.
  • Assist in the development of sustainable farming plans.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for agronomic issues faced by farmers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Plant Science or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of working experience in agronomy consulting
