Job Description
As a Time Motion Analyst, you will engage in evaluating and enhancing work processes across various departments. Your analytical mindset will help identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations that contribute directly to company productivity.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies
Provide insights and actionable recommendations for process enhancement
Document and regularly update optimized procedures for stakeholders
Lead training sessions on the best practices of time motion analysis
Engage in regular review meetings to assess project success
Utilize data visualization tools to present findings
Work closely with IT to develop tracking systems for employee performance
Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure sustained improvements
Identify training needs for personnel and assist in developing training material
Engage in collaborative projects that foster innovation in process management
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience
2-4 years in time motion analysis or related field
