Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will support healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with therapeutic activities, maintaining patient records, and fostering a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Help in the delivery of therapeutic programs.
  • Document patient sessions and progress thoroughly.
  • Engage with patients to motivate participation in activities.
  • Prepare and maintain therapy tools and materials.
  • Monitor patient responses during sessions and report findings.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
