Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation strategies and campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of demand generation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand.
• Monitor and optimise the customer journey through analytics and data insights.
• Establish a strong content strategy to engage target audiences.
• Work with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
• Evaluate and implement new tools for improved lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Evaluate and report on the ROI of demand generation activities.
• Mentor junior marketing staff on best practices.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certifications in marketing or demand generation is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related roles
