Job Description

As an Account Manager in Cardiff, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You'll work closely with the sales team to develop strategic plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for clients.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on new product features.
  • Document all client interactions and keep accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Assist in the forecasting process to predict client needs and prepare accordingly.
  • Drive client engagement through ongoing communication and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
