We are seeking a passionate Fleet Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing fleet operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate fleet performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Support the integration of new fleet management technologies and systems.
  • Provide insights into fleet data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead projects focused on fleet process improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Fleet Management Software Expertise in using fleet management software tools for optimisation.
  • Data Analysis Strong data analysis skills to evaluate fleet performance metrics.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of local fleet operation regulations and compliance standards.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues and develop viable solutions.
  • Project Management Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certified Fleet Manager (CFM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management: Background in supply chain management to optimise fleet logistics.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Regulations: Understanding of environmental regulations impacting fleet operations.
