Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team in Norwich. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing customer data and generating actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of customer feedback and behaviour data.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into tangible results.
Create visually appealing data presentations to share findings.
Perform competitor analysis to benchmark our strategies.
Track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in the market research field.
Conduct qualitative research to supplement quantitative data.
Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
Contribute to strategic discussions with key stakeholders.
Proactively identify new research opportunities to enhance customer understanding.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, or related field
Relevant postgraduate qualification is beneficial
Experience
