Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team in Norwich. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing customer data and generating actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of customer feedback and behaviour data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into tangible results.
  • Create visually appealing data presentations to share findings.
  • Perform competitor analysis to benchmark our strategies.
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in the market research field.
  • Conduct qualitative research to supplement quantitative data.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new research opportunities to enhance customer understanding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is beneficial
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer research
