Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banker to join our London office. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of capital markets, financial modelling, and M&A transactions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to navigate complex financial challenges for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and initiate appropriate investment opportunities tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Participate in internal discussions to refine investment strategies and client offerings.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations between clients and financial institutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a relevant field
  • MBA or similar is an asset

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related sectors
