Job Description

We are seeking proactive Gambling Change Persons and Booth Cashiers to oversee cash handling and ensure seamless operations at our events. This role involves assisting attendees, managing booth logistics, and maintaining a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Resolve any attendee issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff on booth operations and cash handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and assist with financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives.
  • Promote a positive image of the company to all attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Event management qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
Technical Skills
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
