Job Description

As a Reeler, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining the machinery that produces reels. Your attention to detail will ensure the quality of the final products by monitoring and adjusting machine settings, alongside performing regular maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the quality assurance team in maintaining product specifications.
• Utilise tools and machinery safely and effectively, following best practices.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in Manufacturing or Production

Experience

• Previous experience in reel production or related industries

Languages

• English: Fluent
