Join our dynamic team as a Marbleizer, where you will be responsible for creating stunning marble-like finishes and faux surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a high level of creativity in applying a range of techniques to transform spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply a range of decorative finishes including glazing and stenciling.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all work produced.
• Contribute creatively to projects by suggesting design ideas to clients.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client needs.
• Document project progress and report to management regularly.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project plans and updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in painting and decorating is highly regarded

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in painting and decorative finishes.
