Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, leveraging their expertise in construction management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all construction activities to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Review and approve project schedules and timelines.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement innovative construction techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Evaluate project risks and manage mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Further training or certifications in management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
