Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Derrick Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in managing and maintaining derrick systems.
Responsibilities
Monitor derrick operations to ensure efficiency and safety
Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers
Report any incidents or near misses to management
Prepare reports summarising operational performance and compliance
Requirements
Education
Associate degree in a relevant engineering field preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in operations related to derrick engineering.
