Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Derrick Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in managing and maintaining derrick systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor derrick operations to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers
  • Report any incidents or near misses to management
  • Prepare reports summarising operational performance and compliance

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in a relevant engineering field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations related to derrick engineering.
