Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Power-Line Installer and Repairer who can oversee utility construction projects. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and guarantee that projects are completed on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the installation and repair of electrical power lines.
  • Evaluate site conditions and establish work plans for safety and efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between the team and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies.
  • Review construction plans and specifications for accuracy.
  • Assess team's performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare reports on project status and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certification in construction management (desirable)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical utility installation and maintenance.
