Job Description

As a Turnkey Specialist, you will oversee and manage all aspects of turnkey projects from conception to completion. This role demands strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and experience in managing budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and services for effective project implementation.
• Lead the project team, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular site visits to assess project progress and resolve any emerging issues.
• Document key project milestones and manage project documentation to ensure transparency.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure all project elements are compliant with local laws.
• Cultivate an environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience leading turnkey projects.

Technical Skills

• Primavera P6
• Microsoft Project

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM): Hands-on experience using BIM software for effective project visualisation.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
