Job Description

The Ring Spinner will be responsible for operating and maintaining a ring spinning machine, ensuring the production of high-quality yarns efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of ring spinning machines during production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections on yarn output to meet company standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to the maintenance schedule.
• Liaise with the Quality Control team to address any yarn quality issues.
• Prepare machinery for maintenance and repair by disconnecting power supplies and ensuring safety protocols.
• Utilize computer systems to monitor machine performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and challenges.
• Assist with inventory management of yarn products and supplies.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery.
• Promote a positive working environment through effective communication.
