Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hydrocrane Operator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will operate and maintain hydrocranes safely and efficiently, ensuring high standards of safety while completing construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrocranes for various construction tasks.
• Perform inspections before operation and maintain logs.
• Ensure all safety equipment is used properly.
• Work closely with site managers and team members to coordinate operations.
• Participate in continuous training for safety and equipment operation.
• Implement effective communication strategies on-site.
• Assist in hazard assessments and risk management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory hydrocrane operator role

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Safety Regulations Knowledge

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• First Aid Training
• Health and Safety at Work Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Electrical or mechanical maintenance training: Training in electrical or mechanical maintenance of heavy machinery.
