Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hole Filler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to fill holes and repair surface imperfections in various structures. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should have a good understanding of different filling materials and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surface inspections to identify holes and imperfections requiring repair.
• Utilise various filling materials, such as plaster, putty, and spackle, effectively.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting each task post-completion.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about progress.
• Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
• Train junior staff on techniques and best practices for filling holes.
• Document daily site activities and report any issues to management.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and provide input on safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but certifications in construction trades are advantageous.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience within the construction field or similar roles.
