Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Build rapport with clients, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the salon.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Skincare or related field
• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 4 is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience within aesthetic services

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Chemical Peels

Certifications

• Laser Safety Certification
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Training in marketing and client retention: Knowledge in strategies to enhance client loyalty and salon reputation.
