Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Worker to join our vibrant team in Brighton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality care and engaging educational activities for children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about child development and able to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality childcare that meets the needs of individual children.
  • Facilitate stimulating activities that promote learning and development.
  • Keep track of children's daily progress and development.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Contribute to team meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for children.
  • Help children develop their personal, social, and emotional skills.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to protect children's welfare.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development
  • Child Development and Education qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a childcare environment
