As an Auto Body Painter, you'll be responsible for prepping and painting vehicles to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing and applying paint, wet sanding, and colour matching.
Responsibilities
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve production targets.
Troubleshoot issues during painting processes and take corrective actions.
Stay updated on new painting materials and techniques.
Assist with training new staff when necessary.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Formal training in automotive painting or a related field is preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience as an automotive body painter
