The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and processing insurance claims with a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Process and review claims documents to determine eligibility.
  • Identify fraud or discrepancies during the claims assessment process.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed on the latest industry practices.
  • Support the team by managing a caseload of claims effectively.
  • Implement feedback from clients to improve claims processing practices.
  • Prepare reports for management on claims trends and patterns.
  • Ensure that all claims are processed according to company policy and current regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Further qualifications in insurance or finance are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an insurance-related role
