Job Description

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their well-being within a healthcare setting. This role requires strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Respond to patients' requests and assist them with their needs.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the patient's environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with record-keeping and documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is preferred

Experience

• Experience with specific patient populations (e.g., elderly, pediatrics, mental health) is preferable.

Languages
