Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of civil engineering principles and experience in managing construction projects from conception to completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality and compliance with regulations while collaborating with architects and project teams to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Draft designs and engineering plans for various infrastructure projects.
  • Evaluate project proposals and recommend modifications.
  • Develop project schedules and assist in resource allocation.
  • Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Maintain records of project and site histories.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Promote sustainable practices throughout project development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered status is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
