Job Description

We are looking for experienced Rodbusters to join our dynamic construction team. You’ll be responsible for fabricating and installing iron and steel reinforcements in concrete structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates should have robust knowledge of reinforcement techniques and a proven track record in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project blueprints to determine materials and layout.
• Assist in planning and executing reinforcement work on large-scale construction projects.
• Work with other team members to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Perform regular inspections of reinforcement installations.
• Document work activities and maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Participate in safety training and equipment inspections.
• Contribute to team discussions about project improvements and efficiencies.
• Assist with material sourcing and inventory management.
• Support overall site operations as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational or trade qualification in construction

Experience

• Proven experience in rod-busting on large-scale projects.

Technical Skills

• Reinforcement techniques
• Use of construction tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication

Certifications

• Additional certifications in related construction trades

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working on high-rise buildings: Previous work experience specifically in high-rise construction projects.
