We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protein Biochemist to join our team. As a Protein Biochemist, you will be responsible for conducting research, developing protein purification methods, and analysing protein structures. Responsibilities

• Perform biochemical assays to study protein interactions and functions.
• Utilise advanced analytical techniques, such as mass spectrometry and spectroscopy, to analyse protein samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support protein-based drug discovery projects.
• Contribute to the development of new protocols and methodologies in protein research.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.
• Participate in the peer review process for scientific publications.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with biosafety and laboratory protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry or related discipline

Experience

• Extensive experience in protein purification, characterisation, and analysis.

Technical Skills

• Protein modelling software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
