Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Slug Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the slug press machine efficiently and ensuring accurate production of slugs as per specifications. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slug press machines according to provided guidelines.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure efficiency.
• Inspect slugs for quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Familiarity with slug press machines is highly desirable
