Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing a variety of events in Edinburgh. You will work closely with clients to ensure each event reflects their vision and meets their expectations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop event concepts, proposals, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams and external vendors to align on event objectives.
  • Ensure all event materials, including signage and promotional items, are prepared in advance.
  • Provide on-site event management to oversee all aspects and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and gather insights for future events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Professional certification in event management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale events
