VAT House Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a VAT House Laborer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on assisting with VAT house operations, ensuring all containers are handled correctly and safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Support the VAT house team in achieving daily goals.
• Maintain a log of all activities related to VAT containers.
• Participate in training sessions on health and safety protocols.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Engage in team meetings to promote effective communication.
• Maintain documentation related to inventory and inspections.
• Implement best practices for waste management within the VAT house.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on workflow improvements.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or laborer role is advantageous.
