We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be an essential part of our operations, helping to foster a positive customer experience and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant customer service certifications are highly desirable
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
