Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Journey Consultant to join our team in Inverness. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience by analysing customer journeys, implementing strategies, and working closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise customer data to inform journey mapping and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in designing customer feedback surveys and analysis.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance customer touchpoints and interactions.
  • Engage with customers to gather qualitative insights.
  • Work closely with digital teams to improve online customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer journey consultancy or related roles
