Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies for new engineering projects.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with suppliers for material selection and procurement.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Organize training sessions for team members on new technologies.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for complex projects.
Manage project documentation and change requests.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Master's degree is preferred

5+ years of practical experience in mechanical design
