Job Description

We are seeking a skilled First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers to lead our dynamic team. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and a keen attention to detail to ensure the effective management of administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute workload among the team based on operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs for team members.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to upper management on team metrics.
  • Stay informed of changes in accounting standards and regulations.
  • Enhance team dynamics by encouraging open communication.
  • Lead team meetings to address performance and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial statement processing or a similar role, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
