Job Description

The Employee Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge to meet organizational goals. You will work closely with department heads to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that align with company goals and values.
  • Create training materials, such as manuals, videos, and online courses.
  • Assess employee training needs and develop customised training plans.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training curriculum is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.
  • Maintain training records and monitor completion of required training.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or further education in relevant fields preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee training and development
