Looking for a passionate Project Manager to drive project success in Cardiff. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and ensure all aspects of the project are communicated clearly.
• Support the project team by providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry and company, adapting plans to align with evolving strategies.
• Drive project meetings and maintain engagement from all stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
• Assist in the development of training materials for project teams.
• Keep up to date with new project management software and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related field
