Job Description

We are seeking a Continuous Naphtha Treating Plant Recoverer responsible for operating and maintaining equipment essential to the refining process of naphtha, a crucial component in gasoline production. The successful candidate will monitor and optimise production processes to ensure the highest quality output.

Responsibilities

• Command the operation of continuous naphtha treating systems.
• Ensure production processes are running to full capacity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
• Carry out maintenance tasks on plant equipment.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Guide new hires through training on plant protocol and safety.
• Analyze production data to track efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure readiness.
• Commit to upholding all company regulations and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field
• Professional certifications in chemical processes preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years within a chemical process plant or similar environment
