Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Broke Beater. In this role, you will be responsible for tackling financial challenges head-on and finding innovative solutions to help our clients manage their finances effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and interpret clients' financial situations to recommend effective strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on personal finance management for community outreach.
  • Develop and implement financial wellness programs for clients.
  • Create informative resources and guides for effective money management.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Utilize financial management software to track client outcomes.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote financial services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client needs and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification in financial planning or debt management is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal finance management, debt counselling, or related field.
