Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will manage various administrative tasks within our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. You will coordinate schedules, handle patient records, and support healthcare professionals in delivering efficient services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for healthcare providers and arrange meetings.
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges as necessary.
  • Monitor and replenish medical supplies in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and administrative best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within the healthcare team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Implement patient feedback systems to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in software updates and training for administrative systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Background in health sciences is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting
