Floor Molder

Job Description

The Floor Molder is responsible for shaping and molding flooring materials according to specifications. This role requires operating machinery and performing quality checks to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Monitor the quality of output during the molding process.
• Train new employees on machinery operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role preferred.

Languages
