DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of modern DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management. You will be pivotal in improving system efficiency and reliability, driving automation and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for DevOps methodologies.
• Establish processes for incident response and recovery.
• Work with security teams to implement best practices in safe deployments.
• Analyze and improve system performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to the infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cloud computing and DevOps practices
