Job Description

As a Crossing Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of children during school drop-offs and pick-ups. Your responsibilities will include assisting children in safely crossing roads, maintaining order in designated areas, and collaborating with school authorities and parents to promote traffic safety.

Responsibilities

• Educate children on safe practices while crossing streets.
• Work with other Crossing Guards to create a safe environment.
• Be proactive in preventing dangerous situations.
• Develop relationships with the community to enhance safety efforts.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
• First Aid Certification is desirable

Experience

• Prior experience as a Crossing Guard or in a similar role is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
