Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at our Belfast location, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients to provide personalized medication management and health consultations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct health screenings and immunization services as required.
• Support pharmacy operations including staff training and development.
• Develop patient care plans in conjunction with healthcare teams.
• Advise on drug interactions and contraindications to ensure patient safety.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Medication Management
• Pharmaceutical Regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Special interest in diabetes management: Possessing expertise in managing diabetes care for patients.
• Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
