Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Top Polisher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail and experience in polishing various surfaces including metal, plastic, and wood. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are polished to a high standard that meets our quality criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections of finished products, identifying faults and taking corrective actions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production processes and improvements.
  • Support the development of best practices for polishing tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during polishing operations.
  • Assist in inventory management of polishing materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • No specific qualifications required, but relevant certifications or training in polishing techniques would be advantageous.
Experience
  • Prior experience in polishing and finishing work is preferred.
