Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on all implemented systems.
  • Develop user manuals and documentation for clients.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a software implementation role.
