Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of IT systems and provide technical support to staff and clients alike. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real-time will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
• Implement and manage network security measures.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Assist in the development of IT projects from conception to implementation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes.
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to enhance system performance.
• Train users in new technologies and software applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Support the IT Manager with strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis or management
