Responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior safety consultants in compliance and risk assessment.
• Facilitate workshops and safety drills to prepare employees.
• Monitor the implementation of safety equipment and protocols.
• Help in the creation of signage and safety materials for employee education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Professional safety certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in health and safety roles.
