Responsibilities

• Develop structural models using advanced software tools.
• Engage in regular communication with construction teams to ensure alignment.
• Review and approve project designs and construction methods.
• Assess existing structures and suggest improvements or repairs.
• Provide technical support and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project proposals and bidding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural project management

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• TEKLA Structures

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
