Job Description

As a Cartographic Drafter at Geospatial Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for creating precise and visually engaging maps using advanced CAD software. You will collaborate closely with cartographers and data analysts to deliver high-quality mapping products that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a library of map templates and styles.
• Utilise GIS applications to inform mapping strategies.
• Prepare presentations of maps and related data for client reviews.
• Work with project managers to ensure mapping deadlines are met.
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of all geographic data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to cartography.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cartographic drafting or GIS-related work.
